Level 1: Beginner

Group Class Descriptions

Reformer 1-2

This Reformer class emphasizes the core principles of Pilates, including Concentration, Control, and Breathing. Moving at a moderate pace, expect to move through traditional reformer exercises alongside creative variations using props. Participants will engage in a balanced workout designed to strengthen, tone, and stretch all major muscle groups.

Level 1-2: Intermediate

Reformer 2

Elevate your Pilates practice by integrating functional and traditional exercises designed to improve balance, strength, flexibility, and coordination while focusing on core engagement. This dynamic Reformer class can feature a variety of props, including fitness circles, flex bands, and weights, for a challenging workout that emphasizes a faster pace and engaging choreography, targeting all major muscle groups. Previous Pilates experience required.

Level 2: Advanced

Pilates Circuit

Pilates Circuit utilizes a variety of Pilates apparatus, including the Reformer, Chair, Cadillac, and Spine Corrector, along with props like the jump-board, magic circle, and weights to enhance strength building. This dynamic approach merges traditional Pilates principles with circuit training, allowing participants to transition quickly between stations for a comprehensive workout that boosts strength, flexibility, balance, and cardiovascular health. Previous Pilates experience required.

Level 2: Advanced
